We collect and store all personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as RODO , the Act

Use of data
All personal data collected on the website https://cherrymarry.pl/ are used exclusively for the technical administration of the website, individual support, user administration, marketing and dispatch
of ordered newsletters, only to the extent necessary.
Personal data, such as: name and surname, address of residence, PESEL, ID card or passport number,
e-mail address, as well as telephone number, and in the case of companies also the NIP number - the user provides voluntarily, but they are necessary for:
1) conclude a wedding reception agreement with the user and a business or occasional event (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO) - for the duration of the concluded agreement and settlements after its completion;
2) fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of RODO), including:
a) issuing and storing a sales note (invoice, receipt) - for as long as the law requires us to keep such documents,
(b) the pursuit of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO), i.e.:
- direct marketing - no longer than for a period of 5 years or until objections to the processing
of personal data are raised;
- selection of services for our customers, optimisation of our services on the basis of customer feedback, optimisation of service processes on the basis of sales and after-sales service (analytical objective);
- customer satisfaction survey and determining the quality of our service;
- create statistics and analyses for our internal needs - for the period during which we store your data for other purposes indicated in this privacy policy or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.
For the purposes indicated above (in addition to "performance of the contract" and "performance
of legal obligations"), we will perform profiling, i.e. automated analysis of your data and predictions about your preferences or future behaviour (e.g. in the case of marketing profiling, we will adjust advertising messages to your needs and preferences).
In cases where you consent to the processing of your data, the content of this consent will include the purpose for which the data will be processed.
The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, but is necessary to conclude a contract, subscribe to a newsletter or simply contact us.
To whom can we pass on the data?
We may transfer your data to other companies with whom we cooperate, i.e.: including subcontractors, courier companies, payment operators, hosting companies (they store data for us on their servers), suppliers and partners in the provision of services related to marketing and advertising and public entities authorized to do so under the law, etc.

f) lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office (if he considers that the processing of his data violates the rules of the PDPA).

He/she shall ensure that all security and data protection measures required by the provisions on the protection of personal data are taken. Personal data is collected with due diligence and protected against access by unauthorized persons.
